Here is a simple Bill Of Sale that I have used to buy and sale a few ATV's. It has been great for just collecting a bit of information I need from the seller. I only use it to cover my tracks when buying and selling ATV's. 

According to DMV.org, North Carolina does not require an ATV to be issued a Title. So a Bill of Sale is the next best thing.  As I buy and sell ATV's all the time, I always keep a few copies in my truck. Never know when you will see one on the side of the road for sale!
