Shipping Information
We ship World Wide. We use USPS (US-Mail) for all our shipping needs therefor a mailing address is required. Fed-Ex shipments are available upon request.
If you are placing an international order, please contact us for assistance on shipping rates and timelines. For items around 2 lbs. Express shipping is the best choice. I will not ship internationally via standard ground mail.
Most of the orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. If a part is not in-stock, we will order it directly from the distributor. This can take up to and additional 4-6 business days or longer for the parts to arrive at our location before it is shipped to you. We will contact you if this is the case.
All orders must be shipped; there is no pick-up service offered unless noted in the item listing.
Express or Next day does not mean you will have it tomorrow. Normal Express ETA is 1-2 days after processing.
Here is the normal shipping timelines one should expect:
Standard shipping - 4-7 days | Worldwide N/A
Priority mail - 3-5 days | Worldwide 1-3 weeks
Express Mail - 1-3 days | Worldwide 1 week (items under 2 lbs only)
A tracking number will be automatically tagged to your PayPal payment once the order is shipped with a link in the payment record at PayPal.com. This is also available at request at request.
Sales Tax
A 7.75% sales tax will be applied to all North Carolina orders.
Pricing
Although we try our best effort to maintain an error-free website we are unable to guarantee this site against human error, pricing, and availability as we rely on humans to input the desired content and our distributor to provide pricing and availability to us. Occasionally a error is found, If this is the case you will be contacted first to see whether the order should be proceed or canceled. Additional payment will be required and submitted via PayPal before the item will ship.
Shipping Cost
Most of our shipments will be shipped via USPS (US-Mail). For Oversized or Over-weighted shipments, there will be additional shipping charge required. This applies, but not limited to bumpers, fenders, wheels, tires, etc. Please email us for freight charge information on these parts.
In rare occasions where the actual cost is higher than the estimate, we will always inform you first for further instructions before proceed with the order. All shipping cost calculations are estimates ONLY Some orders may require a signature to receive the delivery.
Order Processing
You are invoiced at the time of order. Most orders will be verified by our customer service representatives within 24-48 business hours before forward to our shipping department for processing.
Credit Card/Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent activities, we rely on PayPal to conduct all Credit Card processing. Occasionally we will conduct address verification comparing the PayPal ship to address and the order shipping address. PayPal confirms customer's identity and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting customer's privacy. We fully reply on PayPal.com for all Credit Card processing.
For most cases, we require the PayPal shipping address to be confirmed. Based on the contents of the order this will be the ONLY addressed used for shipping. Orders whose payments are not confirmed or with different shipping and billing addresses may be refunded at our discretion. Orders with the same billing and shipping address will be processed much faster.
Packaging
Most of the parts will be shipped in their original genuine factory boxes or packaging. On rare occasions, we will repackage the parts before shipping due to the shape, size, or possibility of damage. Therefore, they may arrive in different boxes with the original packaging inside. All our parts are genuine parts covered by standard manufacture warranty.
Backorders
In the event of a backorder parts (less < 1%), we will inform and give customer the option to cancel the order. If customer is willing to wait, the order will stay pending until a request is made b the customer to reverse the order. Before a reversal can be made we must insure the part is not currently being processed from the distributors warehouse and/or pending shipping.
